The kit includes filter media constructed from 100% synthetic polyester, designed to provide an economical depth filtering solution through an optimal combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thicknesses. To minimize fiber migration, the polyester bags are singed. The polyester materials comply with FDA regulations for food contact as outlined under CFR 21, Section 177.1520. This filter media is capable of effectively removing both solid and gelatinous particles and offers broad chemical compatibility.
