The welded liquid bag filter is constructed from polypropylene felt and features a diameter of 4-1/8 inches and a length of 14 inches, with a filtration rating of 1 micron. It comes with a plastic flange top and is packaged in quantities of 50. The filter media is made using 100% synthetic fibers in polypropylene, with the proper combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thicknesses resulting in an economical depth filter. Both the polypropylene and polyester materials used in the filter meet FDA regulations for food contact under CFR21, Section 177.1520.
