The welded liquid bag filter is designed with a polypropylene felt construction, featuring dimensions of 6" diameter by 22" length and a filtration rating of 1 micron. Each filter includes a plastic flange top and is packaged in quantities of 50. The filter media is created using 100% synthetic fibers in polypropylene, optimized through a proper combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thicknesses to ensure economical depth filtering. Furthermore, the polypropylene and polyester materials comply with FDA regulations for food contact as outlined under CFR 21, section 177.1520.
