The semi-moist transparent watercolor paints contain no wax and feature brilliant pigments that mix cleanly, flow easily, and remain true to color. The paint never dries out, and the white, segmented lid allows for true color mixing. The kit includes a total of 36 pieces, consisting of 24 oval pan eight-color sets and 12 refills.
