This robust stand features an all-steel construction with finishing, packaging, and labor completed 100% in the USA and Canada. It is constructed from 7 & 11 gauge hot rolled steel, with edges protected by steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding to maintain cylinder integrity and enhance grip. The steel components are sealed with powder paint to ensure long service life and chemical resistance. It includes support straps that are 1.5 inches wide and 54 inches long, made from polypropylene with a steel cinch buckle, rated for a robust 1138 PSI. The clamping bar is made from a 3/16-inch thick cut and formed steel bar with dual threaded rods and wing nuts. Additionally, there are three floor mounting openings in the base for secure installation. The stand has dimensions of 16 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 15 inches in height, and weighs 20 lbs. It ships via UPS or truck for greater quantity orders, with shipping dimensions of 16 x 16 x 16 inches and a shipping weight of 21 lbs.
