The All Steel Construction Cylinder Floor Stand is designed to hold two cylinders with a diameter ranging from 4.0 to 12.0 inches in a vertical position. Constructed from 11 gauge hot rolled steel, the stand features all steel components, finishing, packaging, and labor sourced entirely from the USA and Canada. It is designed for floor mounting using four fasteners, either 5/16 or 3/8 inch in diameter, depending on the floor construction at the installation site. The edges are protected by steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding to maintain the integrity of the cylinders and provide additional grip. The steel parts are sealed with powder paint to ensure long service life and chemical resistance. For primary support, the stand includes polypropylene support straps that are 1.5 inches wide by 54 inches long, equipped with a steel cinch buckle and rated for 1138 psi, effectively securing the cylinders against the brackets. Optional chain sets can be retrofitted for additional support, with two chains required.
