The All Steel Construction Cylinder Floor Stand is designed to hold four cylinders with diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12.0 inches in a vertical position. Constructed from durable 11 gauge structural steel, the stand features all steel components that are manufactured and packaged entirely in the USA and Canada. It is designed for floor mounting with four fasteners of either 5/16 or 3/8 inch diameter, depending on the floor construction at the installation location. To protect edges and enhance grip, the stand is equipped with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding. The steel parts are coated with powder paint to ensure long service life and chemical resistance. The primary support for the cylinders is provided by 1.5 inch wide by 54 inch long polypropylene support straps with a steel cinch buckle, rated at 1138 PSI to securely hold the cylinders in place against the brackets. Additionally, optional chain sets can be retrofitted as a secondary means of support (four required). The stand dimensions are 51-3/4 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 72 inches high, with a weight of 97 lbs. It ships fully assembled via freight carrier with shipping dimensions of 44 x 60 x 77 inches and a shipping weight of 154 lbs. Justrite gas cylinder brackets and racks are equipped with chain slots that allow for easy retrofitting with model cylinder chain sets, ensuring compliance with NFPA1, CalOSHA, and UFC requirements for secondary cylinder support, thereby enhancing safety for any installation.
