The Justrite® 4 Cylinder Wheeled Cart (Model 35056) features a durable all steel construction, measuring 40"W x 24"D x 31"H, and has a total weight capacity of 1600 lbs. Designed to hold four cylinders in a back-to-back vertical configuration, it accommodates cylinder diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12 inches. The cart is manufactured from 7 and 11 gauge hot rolled steel, with all materials, finishing, packaging, and labor being sourced entirely from the USA and Canada. Each unit is equipped with four brackets for cylinder support, configured on two levels with two support straps per cylinder. The cart includes two swivel casters with locking mechanisms and two fixed direction casters for mobility. The offset deck is strengthened with three sets of support bars, while the lowered deck ensures easy and safe loading of cylinders, a unique feature in the industry. The edges are protected with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding, enhancing grip and safeguarding the cylinders. Steel components are coated with powder paint to provide chemical resistance and prolonged service life. The support straps, measuring 1.5 inches wide by 54 inches long, are made of polypropylene with a steel cinch buckle, capable of supporting up to 1138 psi, ensuring that cylinders are held securely against the brackets. Optional chain sets are available for retrofitting as an additional means of support.
