The Justrite® 6 Cylinder Wheeled Cart (Model 35058) features a robust all-steel construction, designed to securely hold up to six cylinders in a vertical position with a back-to-back configuration, accommodating diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12 inches. The cart has a total weight capacity of 2000 lbs and is constructed using 7 & 11 gauge hot rolled steel, with all finishing, packaging, and labor performed in the USA and Canada. Each unit comes equipped with four brackets set on two levels, providing two support straps for each cylinder. It includes two swivel casters with locking features and two fixed direction casters for easy maneuverability. The offset deck is reinforced with three support bars for added strength and rigidity, while the lowered deck (1-3/4 inches off the ground) facilitates safe and easy loading of cylinders. The edges are protected with steel-reinforced vinyl edge guarding to help maintain cylinders and provide extra grip. Steel parts are treated with powder paint to ensure long service life and chemical resistance. The support straps, measuring 1.5 inches wide by 54 inches long, are made from polypropylene and are equipped with a steel cinch buckle, capable of supporting loads up to 1138 psi. Additionally, optional chain sets can be retrofitted as a secondary means of support. The cart's overall dimensions are 52"W x 24"D x 36-1/4"H.
