The Marinite™ one hour fire rated insert is specifically designed for oxygen/fuel gas cylinder separation and is meant to be used in conjunction with Justrite™ cylinder barricade racks, G-SGD series, or as wall-mounted free-standing units. This fire partition meets and exceeds NFPA and CGA requirements for cylinder fire separation partitions of oxidizing agents and flammable gases. The units can be mounted to exterior walls and floors using fasteners through provided mounting holes, and a lift hook plate is supplied for installation positioning. The construction features include 14-gauge exterior wall sheathing and a continuous rectangular tube frame that surrounds the full circumference of the unit, with fully welded and powder painted construction for exceptional durability. The dimensions of the unit are 75 x 28 x 1.25 inches thick, and it weighs 150 lbs. It ships via truck with shipping dimensions of 88 x 40 x 11 inches and a shipping weight (with packaging) of 209 lbs.
