Constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square steel tubing, it is fully welded and complies with ASTM A-500 standards. The rack includes a full perimeter weld and seal at all junction points, topped with smooth, ground surfaces capped with HDPE polyethylene caps. It is finished with a powder paint in black semi-gloss, incorporating UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat.
