The toggle clamp features a lever arm made of case-hardened sheet metal (Steel C10) with a zinc plated blue passivated finish, while the rod is constructed from St. 37 steel with a zinc plated blue passivated finish. The base is crafted from brass with a black lacquered finish, and all mobile sections are lubricated with special grease to ensure smooth operation. The hand grip is made of high-quality oil-resistant red plastic. The toggle clamp is available in two types: type ASD, which allows compression to occur with a counter-clockwise turn, and type ASS, which enables compression with a clockwise turn.
