The toggle clamp features a body and lever arm made from sheet metal (steel C10) with a zinc plated blue passivated finish, and the rod is constructed from St. 37 steel, also with a zinc plated blue passivated finish. The driving socket is made from St. 37 steel and undergoes the same zinc plating and blue passivation process. All mobile sections of the clamp are lubricated with a special grease to ensure smooth operation. The hand grip is made from high-quality oil-resistant red plastic. This clamp is available in two types: type ASD, where compression occurs with a counter-clockwise turn, and type ASS, where compression occurs with a clockwise turn. The product is designed to meet specific dimensions and specifications suited for various applications.
