This 60 quart model includes a bowl truck for convenient bowl transport and has a number 12 hub that accommodates Vollrath meat grinder and vegetable slicer attachments, allowing for flexibility between grinding, slicing, and mixing. Please note that non-Vollrath attachments are not recommended as they will not work properly and will void the warranty.
