The Vollrath high temp spatula (model 52026) measures 16-1/2 inches and features a nylon handle designed with a unique contoured grip for comfort and convenient hanging. The spatula has a silicone blade that is heat resistant up to 500° F (260° C) and is molded together with the handle to form a sanitary seal that eliminates food traps. The non-scratching silicone rubber spoon/blade is both stain and odor resistant, while molded silicone rubber nubs keep the blade elevated off the counter. This spatula is ideal for use with non-stick cookware and is NSF certified as well as dishwasher safe.
