The Vollrath Intrigue Square 6 Quart Induction Chafer (46132) features a stainless steel food pan and a solid top design. This chafer includes a glass top version that allows for viewing of food without the need to open the chafer, thus maintaining food quality. It is constructed with a mirror-finished 18-8 stainless steel food pan for durability and easy cleaning. The low-profile design positions food closer to the countertop surface for more accessible self-serve applications. Additionally, it has a mirror-finished 18-0 stainless steel water pan designed for use with induction heaters and for easy cleaning. The chafer also boasts a removable cover with a baffle and a slow-moving hinge design that holds the cover in a closed, 45°, or 90° position. Reinforced brackets with rubber table feet enhance durability and stability, ensuring the chafer remains in place. The product is available with either stainless steel or porcelain food pans.
