The chafer features a mirror-finished 18-8 stainless steel food pan designed for durability and easy cleaning, while the low profile design enables food to be positioned closer to the countertop surface for convenient self-serve applications. Additionally, it comes with a mirror finished 18-0 stainless steel water pan compatible with induction heaters and designed for effortless cleaning. The removable cover includes a baffle, and the slow-moving hinge design allows the cover to hold in a closed, 45° or 90° position.
