The Vollrath Somerville Coffee Urn, model 4635510, is a 5-gallon capacity urn designed for both standard fuel or use with Vollrath's universal electric heater #46060 (sold separately). It features included windguard shields that protect fuel from wind, making it suitable for outdoor use while providing an attractive presentation. The urn incorporates a new hinge design that operates effortlessly in closed, 90-degree, and fully-open positions without the need for levers or switches, requiring only moderate force to change positions. The unit comes with 9 qt. rectangle chafers that include a Super Pan V™ food pan, and is constructed with durable solid legs and welded construction for stability. The elegant mirror-finished stainless steel body is also heavy-duty and easy to clean.
