The Vollrath Traex Batter Boss Replacement One Hole Diffuser, model 9600-06, is designed for easily dispensing pancake, waffle, hush puppy batters, or pizza sauce. It features eight portion control settings that allow for dispensing from 1 to 3 ounces and has a capacity to hold up to 48 ounces. This diffuser is not recommended for chunky batters. The portion adjustment is straightforward; users can simply pull the cam pin at the base of the handle and rotate the cam to the desired setting.
