The Vollrath Traex Batter Boss Six Hole Diffuser (model 9601-06) is designed for easy dispensing of pancake, waffle, hush puppy batters, or pizza sauce. This unit offers eight portion control settings that allow dispensing from 1 to 3 ounces, accommodating a maximum capacity of 48 ounces. It features a simple portion adjustment mechanism where users can pull the cam pin at the base of the handle and rotate the cam to their desired setting. Please note that this dispenser is not recommended for chunky batters.
