The Vollrath Super Pan V Perforated Pan, model 30123, features a depth of 2-1/2 inches and is designed in a 2/3 pan size. Constructed from 22 gauge (0.8 mm) 300 series stainless steel, this pan includes 1/4 inch (6 mm) holes that allow for quick drainage while retaining most foods, making it ideal for steaming foods or draining away fats, juices, or moisture. For the 1 1/4 inch and 2 1/2 inch depths, the drain holes are located on the bottom only.
