The Vollrath vertical flatware washing system includes a storage unit and features six heavy-duty, long-wearing cylinders that fit into the cylinder washing rack, transport rack, and Silv-A-Tainer. This system is designed for vertical washing and drying, which is preferred for flatware. The items compatible with this system include models 52633, 52643, 1370, 52642, 52808, HR1370, HR2D1DDA, and 97241, all of which are NSF certified. Please note that cylinders are sold separately.
