The Vollrath plastic rack dolly, model 52292, is designed for efficient transport of full-size racks, featuring a 20" x 20" platform with a weight capacity of 200 lbs (90 kg). The dolly is equipped with 2 swivel and 2 fixed casters, utilizing a specialized formulation of polypropylene that resists rust and corrosion while withstanding elevated temperatures. The dolly offers two configurations with 3" (7.6 cm) non-marking wheels. An optional removable carbon steel, chrome-plated handle stands at 27" (68.6 cm), and there is also an optional black ABS plastic insert that catches drainage when transporting wet racks, which additionally serves as a cover to protect stacked compartment racks from dust. The overall height with the handle is 33" (83.8 cm), while the dolly itself measures 6 11/16" (17 cm) in height. Please note that the handle and insert/cover are sold separately.
