This merchandiser base features a rethermalizer with a lighted on/off switch and recessed knobs for easy operation and precise adjustment. It includes a low water indicator light that alerts employees when the base is close to running dry, providing ample time for refills. For maximum versatility, the kit comes with a 4 qt. accessory pack, which includes an adapter plate, three insets, three hinged covers, and three 3 oz. ladles, allowing for quick and easy setup of soups for sale.
