The Gravity Flow Rack Workstation 30575 features a multi-level workstation unit measuring 72"W x 96"D x 72"/84"H, designed with a knuckled SpanTrack wheelbed and an 18" deep shelf kit. The workstation includes an overhead tool bar with two levels, each equipped with 18" deep pick trays, and a return on the bottom level for managing empties. Constructed with 1-3/4" square tube steel for the uprights and horizontal beams, this unit has welded base plates allowing for secure floor anchoring, with posts punched at 1" on center. It has a powder coat finish for durability and comes with low friction wheels measuring 1.6" hex hub on a 5/16" steel axle. The workstation provides three levels, each with a capacity of 1000 lb., and includes four upright posts, four front to back beams, and two cross beams per level, allowing for easy assembly. It also comes with a 7-year limited warranty.
