The Presentation Gravity Flow Rack, model 27811, is a starter multi-level storage unit measuring 96"W x 96"D x 72"H, designed for efficient picking applications within the rack structure. It features a knuckled SpanTrack WheelBed for enhanced performance, and is shown with a return on the top level for empties. The uprights and horizontal beams are constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, with welded base plates that facilitate floor anchoring. The posts are punched at 1" on center, and the entire unit boasts a durable powder coat finish. The wheels are 1.6" hex hub with a low friction design, utilizing a 5/16" steel axle. The rack consists of 4 levels, each with a capacity of 1000 lb., and includes 4 upright posts, 4 front to back beams, and 2 cross beams per level, allowing for easy assembly.
