The Heavy Duty Gravity Flow Rack (model 27602) is a starter unit designed with four levels, measuring 72"W x 48"D x 72"H. This multi-level storage unit features a SpanTrack WheelBed that allows for front feeds and maintains products at the pick point. Its uprights and horizontal beams are constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, and the welded base plates enable secure floor anchoring. The posts are punched at 1" on center and are finished with a durable powder coat. The rack includes wheels designed with a 1.6" hex hub and a low friction design, featuring a 5/16" steel axle. Each of the three levels supports a capacity of 1000 lb. per level and the kit comes with 4 upright posts, 4 front to back beams, and 2 cross beams per level for easy assembly. The product is backed by a 7-year limited warranty.
