The Heavy Duty Gravity Flow Rack (Model 28175) is an add-on multi-level storage unit featuring four levels, with dimensions of 72"W x 48"D x 72"H. This rack incorporates a SpanTrack WheelBed that facilitates front feeds and maintains products at the pick point. Constructed with uprights and horizontal beams made from 1-3/4" square tube steel, the rack also has welded base plates for secure floor anchoring. The posts are punched at 1" on center, and the entire unit has a durable powder coat finish. The wheels feature a 1.6" hex hub with a low friction design and a 5/16" steel axle. Each level supports a capacity of 1000 lbs, and the assembly includes 2 upright posts, 4 front-to-back beams, and 2 cross beams per level for easy installation. The unit comes with a 7-year limited warranty.
