The Heavy Duty Gravity Flow Rack (model 28177) is an add-on multi-level storage unit featuring four levels with dimensions of 72" W x 72" D x 72" H. It utilizes a Spantrack Wheelbed system that allows for front feeding and maintains products at the pick point. The uprights and horizontal beams are constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, and the unit is equipped with welded base plates for secure floor anchoring. The posts are punched at 1" on center, and the entire structure is finished with a durable powder coat. It includes wheels with a 1.6" hex hub and low friction design, complemented by a 5/16" steel axle. Each of the three levels has a capacity of 1000 lbs. and the kit features two upright posts, four front-to-back beams, and two cross beams per level, ensuring easy assembly. This product is backed by a 7-year limited warranty.
