The Ideal Clamp Products WS22 WaveSeal 360™ is a constant tension hose clamp designed for clamping diameters ranging from 1-1/8" to 1-11/16" and comes in a package of 10. Featuring a 9/16" band width, the clamp provides a greater sealing area and includes a 5/16" hex head screw for easy installation. The unique WaveSeal 360 technology allows for expansion and contraction, creating a steady 360° seal that effectively responds to changing temperatures, making it suitable for non-uniform hoses. The design incorporates two inward pointed ridges which generate high-pressure points flanking a low-pressure center, facilitating an O-ring effect that enhances sealing performance. This stainless steel clamp is commonly utilized in hydraulic, cooling, and charged air systems.
