The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed for conveying lightweight packages and is ideal for portable or temporary conveyor lines in warehousing or shipping environments. It features zinc-plated steel wheels and a galvanized steel frame for corrosion resistance, or it can be equipped with mill finish aluminum wheels and frames for a lighter weight option. The conveyor includes hook and stud couplers for connecting portable sections. Key specifications include a 50 lb wheel capacity for steel and a 25 lb wheel capacity for aluminum, with a load capacity of up to 210 lbs per foot for steel and 120 lbs per foot for aluminum. The design incorporates 1/4" diameter carbon steel axles, which are threaded with locknuts and spaced on 3" centers, along with 1-15/16" diameter zinc-plated steel wheels. The C-channel frame measures 2.5" high by 1" leg (7/8" for carton flow) and is constructed from 12 ga. galvanized steel, ensuring durability and reliability in various operational settings.
