Gravity skatewheel conveyor is ideally suited to convey lightweight packages and is designed for operations requiring portable or temporary conveyor lines, such as in warehousing or shipping areas. It features zinc-plated steel wheels and a galvanized steel frame for corrosion resistance, or alternatively, mill finish aluminum wheels and frame for lightweight applications. The conveyor is equipped with hook and stud couplers for connecting portable sections. Key specifications include a 50 lb wheel capacity with steel wheels or 25 lb wheel capacity with aluminum wheels, and a load capacity of up to 210 lbs per foot for steel and 120 lbs per foot for aluminum. It utilizes 1/4" diameter carbon steel axles, threaded with locknut and spaced on 3" centers, along with 1-15/16" diameter zinc-plated steel wheels. The frame consists of a C-channel measuring 2.5" high by 1" leg (7/8" for carton flow) made from 12 ga. galvanized steel. Warranty information and terms are available upon request.
