The Unex® JRS 18"W 90-degree curve galvanized steel roller conveyor features a 1-3/8" roller diameter, a 16" beam flange, and a 2.125" axle center. This conveyor system is designed with 1-3/8" diameter gravity roller curves that are compatible with straight sections, providing flexibility for conveyor lines. An optional guard rail can be added for product protection. The gravity roller conveyors are capable of handling a diverse range of loads, and the full-width rollers facilitate the transport of items with irregular surfaces, such as drums and certain wire baskets. The 1-3/8" diameter roller (JRS series) is particularly suited for conveying products weighing less than 100 lbs, lightweight items, and operations that necessitate portable or temporary conveyor lines, commonly found in warehousing or shipping areas.
