The kit includes zinc-plated steel wheels and a galvanized steel frame for corrosion resistance, or an alternative option featuring mill finish aluminum wheels and frame for a lightweight solution. The key specifications include a wheel capacity of 50 lb for steel wheels or 25 lb for aluminum wheels, with load capacities reaching up to 210 lbs per foot for steel or 120 lbs per foot for aluminum. It features 1/4" diameter carbon steel axles threaded with locknuts, spaced on 3" centers, and 1-15/16" diameter zinc-plated steel wheels. The frame is constructed from a C-channel measuring 2.5" high by 1" leg (7/8" for carton flow) made from 12 ga. galvanized steel.
