The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed for efficiently conveying lightweight packages, particularly in environments requiring portable or temporary conveyor lines, such as warehousing or shipping areas. The conveyor features zinc-plated steel wheels and a galvanized steel frame for enhanced corrosion resistance, or it can be equipped with mill finish aluminum wheels and frame for a lighter overall weight. It includes hook and stud couplers for easy connection of portable sections. The system supports a wheel capacity of 50 lb when using steel wheels or 25 lb with aluminum wheels, and offers a load capacity of up to 210 lbs per foot for steel and 120 lbs per foot for aluminum. It is constructed with 1/4" diameter carbon steel axles, threaded with locknut and spaced on 3" centers, and features 1-15/16" diameter zinc-plated steel wheels. The frame consists of a C-channel structure measuring 2.5" high by 1" leg (7/8" for carton flow) crafted from 12 gauge galvanized steel.
