The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed for conveying lightweight packages in operations requiring portable or temporary conveyor lines, such as warehousing or shipping areas. It features zinc-plated steel wheels and a galvanized steel frame for corrosion resistance, or mill finish aluminum wheels and frame for reduced weight. The conveyor includes hook and stud couplers for easy connection of portable sections and offers a wheel capacity of 50 lb for steel wheels or 25 lb for aluminum wheels. It supports a load capacity of up to 210 lbs per foot for steel and 120 lbs per foot for aluminum. The system is constructed with 1/4" diameter carbon steel axles, threaded with locknut, spaced on 3" centers, and incorporates 1-15/16" diameter zinc-plated steel wheels. The frame is made of a C-channel measuring 2.5" high by 1" leg (7/8" for carton flow), made with 12 ga. galvanized steel.
