The Valley Craft® heavy-duty box dumper features a dump height of 60 inches and an overall chute size of 48 inches by 51 inches, with a capacity of 2000 lbs. Designed for reliability and stability, these all-welded steel dumpers bolt directly to the floor and can manage loads ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 pounds. The dumper operates fully powered up and gravity down, allowing contents to be dumped completely within one minute for efficient usage. The chute is constructed with a 1/4-inch plate steel base and 7-gauge sides. A rotary-switch control conveniently activates the chute, enabling the dumper to reach a desired dump height of 36, 48, 60, or 72 inches. Additionally, the unit includes an adjustable hold down bar that can be set at heights ranging from 30 to 42 inches (on 2-inch centers) and is equipped with a 20-foot pigtail corded hand pendant control featuring a magnetic back panel for easy access and remote operation.
