The Hoffman CSD24248 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure, measuring 24.00 x 24.00 x 8.00 inches and constructed from steel with a gray finish, is designed for machine control applications. This enclosure features 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. It boasts corner-formed doors and simple, easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip, along with high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door. The minimum-width body flange allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, while the external formed body flange adds structural integrity. Panel mounting studs are included to fit optional Concept panels and other accessories, with mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The design incorporates hidden hinges and interchangeable doors that can be easily removed. A seamless foam-in-place gasket and quarter-turn slotted latches enhance security, and a door alignment device is present on doors wider than 30 inches. The enclosure includes four hinges on 60-inch-high models, a grounding stud on the body, and bonding provisions on the door (excluding window-door models). Additionally, provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models are provided. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system on enclosures where the width is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures are equipped with a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures offer an overlapping door design for full-width access, with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
