The Wirecrafters® RapidWire™ is a 7'W x 5'H welded wire security window guard designed to enhance security for existing windows. This product allows for versatile installation, mounting either to the face of the wall using three 3" clips or anchoring directly into the window frame. Each window guard comes equipped with four 3" angle clips. Constructed with 2" x 2" welded, 10 gauge wire mesh, the guard ensures optimum security while permitting light and air flow. The mesh is securely welded into a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 13 gauge roll formed angle frame, thus providing sturdy construction. The guards feature a powder coat gray finish suitable for indoor use, and it is important to note that the clips not welded to the panel must be bolted on in the field.
