This variable speed control utilizes full-wave phase control circuitry to minimize power loss, reducing energy requirements while allowing users to control their variable speed fan. It is compatible with shaded pole, permanent split capacitor (PSC), and universal AC/DC motors. The unit includes a built-in on/off AC line switch, a minimum speed trimpot for precise adjustments, and an RFI noise suppression filter that provides RFI and EMI suppression. The flame retardant ABS enclosure ensures safety and durability. All models are designed to mount in a standard 2" x 4" electrical wall box and are UL & cUL listed (file# E51028) as well as CSA certified (file# 030837_0_000).
