The DVA30 is a two-in-one current/voltage detector designed specifically for electrical testing. This device detects AC voltage ranges from 12 V to 600 V and AC current measurements starting from 200 mA at a distance of 0.2 inches, with the capability to detect much larger currents up to 1000 A at greater distances. The sensitivity adjustments allow users to increase or reduce the sensor trigger threshold, while audible and visual indicators provide clear notifications of the presence of current or voltage. The DVA30 is also capable of tracing concealed wires in walls and floors, identifying hot wires, and tracing current flow in scenarios where voltage detection may not be effective, such as behind walls, in conduits, through concrete, or underground. Additionally, it is sensitive enough to detect low voltage HVAC signals or similar levels. The kit includes four LR44 button batteries and features a convenient pocket clip for easy portability.
