The Hoffman A48H3608ALLP is a wall-mount enclosure designed to provide protection for components and controls in corrosive indoor or outdoor environments, including traffic, outside plant, telecommunications, and marine environments. This Type 4X enclosure measures 48.00 x 36.00 x 8.00 inches and is constructed from lightweight Type 5052 H-32 aluminum, ensuring durability. Key features include continuously welded and ground smooth seams, a rolled lip around three sides of the door and all sides of the enclosure opening, and stainless steel door clamp assemblies. The door is designed for easy removal via a stainless steel continuous hinge pin, and it includes a high-impact thermoplastic data pocket, a hasp and staple for padlocking, and plated panel screws. Additionally, tapped pads are provided for mounting optional panels, and the enclosure is equipped with an oil-resistant gasket.
