Kits allow for the mounting of standard Hoffman junction boxes and NEMA style panels (which are sold separately) near the front of the enclosure for easy access to or reading of gauges, switches, pilot lights, and other components. Each kit includes heavy-gauge brackets and hinges that are easily installed by drilling small holes in the sides of the enclosure and bolting the brackets in place. The external screws are made of stainless steel, while the internal components are constructed from plated steel. All necessary mounting hardware and instructions are provided, and sealing washers ensure the enclosure meets original JIC or NEMA standards after installation. It is important to note that swing-out panel kits are not compatible with single-door disconnect enclosures.
