The Hoffman CCA12128 Compact™ cast junction box is a Type 4X enclosure designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, measuring 122x122x80mm. Constructed from cast aluminum, this enclosure eliminates welded seams and sharp corners, ensuring enhanced durability. It features stainless steel captivated cover screws that are strategically placed outside the sealed area, along with two to four grounding screws located on the enclosure's back wall. The junction box is equipped with an oil-resistant O-ring gasket and utilizes a tongue-and-groove sealing construction for optimal protection. Additionally, it includes threaded internal bosses for mounting optional panels, rails, and other components, as well as mounting holes positioned in the corners outside the gasketed area.
