The enclosure is constructed from cast aluminum, ensuring no welded seams or sharp corners. It features stainless steel captivated cover screws placed outside the sealed area, along with two to four grounding screws located on the enclosure's back wall. An oil-resistant O-ring gasket provides additional sealing, while the tongue-and-groove sealing construction enhances durability. Threaded internal bosses are included for mounting optional panels, rails, and other components, and mounting holes are provided in the corners outside of the gasketed area.
