All crates are in accordance with IPPC - ISPM 15 guidelines and are export certified with heat treat stamping. They are constructed to ASTM standards, specifically designed as wood cleated panelboard shipping boxes. The materials used include CDX plywood, lumber sizes of 1 x 4, 2 x 4, 3 x 4, and 4 x 4, with 3/8" CDX plywood walls and a 1/2" CDX plywood bottom, utilizing #2 heat treated lumber. Each crate includes a lid and is fully assembled; however, a screwdriver is required for panel removal. Custom wood crates can be tailored to meet both domestic and international shipping requirements. The dimensions provided refer to the inside dimensions of the product.
