Designed for pushbuttons and switches, this enclosure features an extra depth that accommodates additional pushbutton contact blocks. Constructed from 14 gauge steel, the seams are continuously welded and ground smooth for enhanced durability. Key features include captivated cover screws that thread into sealed wells, a grounding nut located in the body of the enclosure, and a bonding provision on the cover. An oil-resistant gasket ensures protection against environmental elements, while enclosures with more than one column of pushbutton holes are equipped with an internal detachable hinge. External wall-mounting brackets facilitate installation, and the factory stamped 4-way pushbutton holes enhance versatility.
