The Hoffman CSD363010 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure is designed for machine control applications, featuring dimensions of 36.00 x 30.00 x 10.00 inches and constructed from durable gray steel. This enclosure is available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape, flush-mount, and sloped-top versions, providing flexible application and mounting options. Key features include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction, continuously welded and ground smooth seams, corner-formed doors, simple hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip for easy removal and installation, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange allowing for a 210-degree door opening. Additionally, it has an external formed body flange, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, mounting holes in the back for optional wall-mount brackets, hidden hinges, interchangeable doors, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and a quarter-turn slotted latch system. Enclosures wider than 30 inches feature a door alignment device, while 60-inch high units include four hinges. A grounding stud is located on the body, with a bonding provision on the door (excluding window-door models). The enclosure also accommodates a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged doors of two-door models. Each kit includes a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers, while single-door enclosures with a height of 42 inches or more utilize a three-point latch system. The window-door enclosures feature a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface, and the mounting frame on flush-mount versions extends completely around the enclosure. For two-door enclosures, an overlapping door design ensures full-width access and a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door for added security.
