The Hoffman CSD363012 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure is constructed from durable steel with dimensions of 36.00 x 30.00 x 12.00 inches and features a sleek gray finish. This enclosure is designed for machine control applications and includes several technical attributes such as options for 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip. The unit is equipped with high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange that allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. Panel mounting studs accommodate optional Concept panels and other accessories, and there are mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The design features hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that can be easily removed, seamless foam-in-place gaskets, and quarter-turn slotted latches. For enclosures wider than 30 inches, a door alignment device is included, along with four hinges on 60-inch-high enclosures. The enclosure also comes with a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door, except for window-door models, and includes provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket. A hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers is included. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system when the height is 42 inches or greater, while window-door models have a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the unit, and two-door enclosures are designed with an overlapping door design for full-width access and a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
