Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications and feature streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. The enclosures are available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, providing flexibility in application and mounting. The two-door landscape models allow for full-width access and simplified panel installation. Key features include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction with continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip. High-torque, threadless studs and fasteners secure the door, while a minimum-width body flange maximizes the door opening to 210 degrees. Additional attributes include hidden hinges, interchangeable doors, seamless foam-in-place gaskets, and a quarter-turn slotted latch system. Enclosures wider than 30 inches include a door alignment device, and four hinges are provided on 60-inch-high models. The enclosures also feature a grounding stud on the body and bonding provision on the door, except for window-door models, and provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged doors of two-door models. A hardware kit containing panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers is included, and installation is supported by an illustrated instruction sheet.
